Patient Mr. Glover was involved in an accident and underwent fusion to repair his broken back. Unfortunately, he was fused in too much forward (kyphosis) and was unable to fully stand up straight. He had to tilt his neck back to be able to look straight. Dr. Melamed performed a complex revision spine surgery and performed multiple osteotomies (broke the back in different places) to loosen up his spine and then using rods and screws was able to correct his alignment and restore proper balance. The patient is very happy and his pain has improved dramatically.
