Dr. Hooman Melamed helps Project Alive fulfill their mission by making a donation to help fund Hunter Syndrome gene therapy research on The Doctors TV show

Project Alive:  Hunter Syndrome is a serious genetic disorder that primarily afflicts males. It is a progressively debilitating disease and the condition affects several parts of the body. There is currently no cure for Hunter Syndrome. However, organizations like Project Alive are working toward funding research that could one day eradicate Hunter Syndrome.
