MATTHEW'S STORY: Following a car accident, Matthew Long, 52, underwent a 2 level fusion back surgery that did not go well. He suffered from the effects of a botched or failed back surgery, screws that came loose following the surgery severed nerves in his back causing him excruciating pain and numbness and weakness into his leg and foot.
