Home Workouts To Prevent Back Pain

Sitting down and resting seems like it would help back pain suffers, but oftentimes it can do more harm than good in the long run. Getting up and moving around the house on an hourly basis keeps blood flowing and the body active to address why the back pain is occurring. In this video, I demonstrate three quick at-home workouts that are designed to strengthen the core and improve trunk stability.

Remaining sedentary can also hinder spine health—increasing neck and back pain. Remember, it is always best to consult a doctor before starting any new workout routines.
